The Hypnobirthing course was absolutely fantastic! The practical advice, discussion and relaxation techniques were all brilliant and we felt really well informed and confident. We opted for a hospital delivery but maintained control of this and had a wonderful relaxing drug-free birthing experience. I highly recommend this course.

Baby Calming: The techniques are simple and amazingly effective. The course should be compulsory!
